Overall Body Health Advice ?
Problems: Body Odor, facial hair (induced hair growth from laser hair removal), acne from threading excess facial hair, bad breath.
i have started exercising and eliminated most sugars out of my diet, wash my face with cleansers, drink lots of water, and added more raw foods like nuts, fruits and veggies. for my mouth wash routine i floss, brush and mouthwash every night, and i still have a horrid stench from time to time. i switched to a aluminum free deodorant because i noticed a waxy buildup under my arms that doesn't come off in the shower even when i scrub with a flower poof.
but i'm still getting acne, body odor and bad breath after following these regimen: i'll admit i can do better with my dieting and exercising since i do tend to get lazy from time to time, missing days at times.
ANY ADVICE TO COMBAT THESE PROBLEMS ? Thanks
It depends on what you mean by "body odor." When you wake up in the morning, do you naturally just smell bad, or do you only smell bad when you work out? If you have body odor, you will smell all the time no matter what you do, and the odor will be revolting. If this is the case for you, you should probably consult a doctor and get a prescription body wash. Otherwise, get a body wash that really cleanses the skin and is odorless. Dove makes some really good body washes that cleanse without leaving residue.
As for the facial hair, you're going to have to keep up with threading or the laser removal. You've dug yourself into that cycle, but if you keep up with it, the hair growth should seem less noticeable.
The acne you have from the threading is probably not really acne at all, but irritation. Do not scrub these areas really hard with facial wash or an exfoliant, just gently wash it with soap. Put some aloe vera on it, because this will reduce the size of the bumps and the redness.
For as crazy as this is going to sound, drinking aloe vera juice will get rid of your bad breath. My dad did this when he was a kid and he said it works, as does my grandmother and her sister. You can get it at Wal Mart or any other store really.
Hope this helps
