Ok, I know the Inertia is .5*M*R^2 for the disk, and I have found part a, but I have not been able to get the torque of part b, an explanation worked out would be great, thanks.

d) If the radius of the disk and the length of the axle were both doubled, and the rate at which the disk spins were kept the same, how long would it take the disk to precess once?
b. The upward force at the point of support is equal to the gravitational force on the gyroscope. It is applied at a point 7 cm from the center of mass, so the torque is 7 cm * 2.2 kg * g.
