How much to replace a leaking head gasket?
Hello I have a camaro with a leaking head gasket.. It is a 1988 Camaro with a hand full of mods.
It has: v8 bore .30 over w/ highrise eldebrock manifold,650 ,cfm eldebrock carb k&n air filter, 400 CAMELBACK HEADS, headman headers,(gaskets leak a little ) , ROLLER CAM,PILOT STEERING WHEELS,flowmaster muffler, msd wires,holley 110 fuel pump,regulator and pressure guage,TAILIGHT COVERS, billet altenator,chrome kit, harwood fiberglass cowl hood,(pinned),700 r4 tranns rebuilt over winter,shift kit and2200 stahl converter, B&M ratchrt shifter, pod guages,tach, l,nice seats,nice carpet, have big tach, cd player, custom sub inclossure,non t top,drag lite wheels15x5 and 15x8, U.M.I. WONDERBAR,SUBFRAME CONNECTORS,AND STABILZER BAR, CAR HAS 107XXX MILES.
I am wondering how much it would cost to fix this leaking head gasket myself or a Shop?I live in PA, USA. Thanks.
