Do I have an undercover cop on my hands?
So there's this car that drives around my neighborhood. I'm pretty sure it's a Ford Crown Victoria, so that's tip off #1.
It drives around for a little while, and then it will slam on its brakes and sit for a little while, and then speed off again, it'll do this all around my town. Just 10 minutes ago it actually sat in the middle of the road, and he shut off the engine and just sat there for like 30 seconds.
But, the weirdest thing about the car is that it drives around with its four-ways on, the flashers. As in, every blinker the car has, is flashing. So it's driving around speeding up and braking, with its four-ways on.
Tell me that's not the least bit suspicious.
Oh, and this is all at around 1:00am EST and 2:00am EST.

"Actual" undercover cars don't look like police cars at all. It would be a beat up Accord or something.
It's not even an unmarked car, probably. Those have emergency lights on them, and would not need to just use the flashers.
You could always call and ask the real police to check on it...
