Bulk Lightweight Plastic

Bulk Lightweight Plastic
would this density make sense?

i found the density of a small plastic bead with a large hole in the middle, the kind that are often found in bulk. the density i found is 8.33 g/cm3. its more dense than water because it sinks, but its lightweight so i think that it would be less dense. HELP?

converting to metric, that is 8330 kg/m³

that is very dense. More dense than steel, but less dense than lead.

I think you have the wrong number. Most plastics are a bit more dense than water (998 kg/m³) or a bit less, not 8 times more dense.
