Knee strap in place of a sleeve?
I just bought one of those knee "straps" for my knee during workouts. It's a strap with a tube inside of it designed to be tightened right below the knee cap. According to the package, it offers the same amount of support as the usual sleeve-type knee brace (and the packages were from the same company). Has anyone ever used these things? Is it going to be fine for me to do cardio in?
I have used several of their programs, most have rocked, some didnt -- so overall, I say that they are safe to do business with and have good programs.
