Does this charger work with this electric motor?
I really need to know if this charger i just bought will work with this electric motor. PLEASE HELP

That charger appears to be useful for any battery group you care to throw at it - from a motorcycle battery up to industrial earthmoving starter batteries and everything in between.
Unless you have batteries specifically designed to take 40 amps in you would get very good results with the lower settings, typically one tenth of the rated capacity (i.e. 200 A/hr battery will love a 20 amp rate, but 40 amps is a bit too brutal for most construction types) or less will give a better charge and less potential damage.
You should have no problems with this unit, just use it per the instructions - should there be any issues you can be confident that Black and Decker are very good at supporting their products.
I think it is an excellent unit for the home workshop. For long term connection it may well be worth buying small dedicated maintenance chargers - simply because you will find the big unit so useful elsewhere from time to time I predict.....
