not bashing the other answer, but the prelude puts out 190+ hp depending on what year you are looking for. The newer preludes put out over 200 hp stock. BUT I will say, the upgrades for both the RSX and the Prelude are somewhat pricey. As for the civic, I am assuming you are speaking of the 2000 Civic SI, since you are talking about these other two cars that are somewhat high performers. So as for the highest HP, well heres a quick rundown.
The highest model Prelude (SH) puts out 200hp to the flywheel.
The highest model RSX (Type S) puts out 210hp to the flywheel.
The highest model Civic (99-00 Si) puts out 160HP to the flywheel.
As for which looks the best, well to each their own. Meaning you make it look good the way you want to, whether it be those hugh body kits or little personal touches here and there. They can all look very nice when a little time and effort is put into them.
