Can i sue CVS? What do i do?
I have a prescription at CVS Pharmacy for Birth Control. I am 22 years old. I have given my information only for contact. I guess my dad switched his prescription to be filled at the same CVS. They called him to tell him my pills are ready to be picked up. Mind you i have never given out his information. They must have linked street addresses and saw they were the same. Can i sue them for lack of privacy? Isn't that against policy to be telling others about someones prescription?
You're 22 years old. I would hope your dad would understand. I would make a call to CVS and tell them what happened, but I doubt you could get anything from them.
