2 questions- Arc welder input voltage? 1/8" reducer couplings and elbows?

1. I am just starting up in arc welding and am planning on purchasing this(http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=55060) welder. Can it be plugged into a normal 110v -120v household outlet? I am assuming it can but just making sure.
2. I was looking on McMaster Carr for some 1/8" fittings already found the nipples I needed. I just need a reducer coupling and a 90 degree elbow. I found the reducer but for $35!!! Am I mistaken? Did I find something different? I hope I did. Please help me out with this.

For the arc welder input I accidentally put 110v. It's actually 115v/230v

You get what you pay for. Do not expect much from this machine.
