and a sparkle video card but getting a geforce 295 and got an hardrive and an ethernet card and dvd drive
plz tell me if theres anything bad about any of these and is this good for future and gaming use.

Sounds like an awesome setup so far. I gotta ask though... why the sound card? that MB has onboard 7.1 audio already. Same for adding an ethernet card.... the MB has gigabit ethernet built in.
Not that you cant add those cards if you wanted too, they'd perform well... but so will the MB on its own... and those cards are just additional cost and additional space taken up inside your case.
And, that power supply is a beast, do you really need that much juice? do you plan on running triple SLI in the future? You could easily run that system as you described it on 600-700watts, with power to spare.
