ford diesel engine problem?
engine starts racing whilst driving and plumes of white smoke from exhaust pipe does'nt happen all the time engine keeps racing even with ignition off. its a ford transit lwb flatback 1999. when i start the engine again it runs fine. but very concerned about amount of smoke that comes from this occurance please help.
Whit smoke means it's over fueling. Have the computer module checked out. It may need to be "reflashed".
