Which is the best university for fuel cell research?
I am planning to take PhD and I am currently searching for a good university which offers research on fuel cells, I hope you can recommend a reputable university in the US or europe. I am a Filipino currently finishing my MS degree on Envi eng here in Korea.

Don't limit yourself to fuel cells. A fuel cell is just another type of battery (electricity storage and retrieval through chemical processes), and in fact, the hydrogen fuel cell still offers greatly inferior efficiency to the latest battery technology. In light of this, I do not believe the current focus on fuel cells for transportation will persist much longer.

But MIT is, of course, one of the best schools for this type of research. Here is a new electric vehicle powered by MIT-developed battery technology:

The Phoenix electric pickup truck - using new Altair nanotech batteries - can:
-Travel up to 250 miles per charge
-Carry 5 passengers plus cargo at 95mph.
-Charges batteries in as little as TEN MINUTES.
-Has batteries that last 250,000 miles (never need replacement.)
