will a B16A out of 91 crx fit and work in a 95 honda civic ex? If so what changes would be needed?
Yes, a B16 will fit into a 95 EX.
Basically to make it fit you will need these few things....
Depending on what kind of trans is on the engine you need some Hasport engine mounts (cable clutch trans) or a combination of stock Civic/Integra engine mounts (hydraulic trans).
Use the ECU that comes with the B16 so it functions properly. A non-OBD ECU is recommended for your engine like the P30 or a modified P28.
You will need some different axles...you can use axles from an Integra or Civic Si.
You will also need a shift linkage from a 94-up Integra.
For your radiator hoses you can use ones from a 94 Del Sol.
You can use a 92 GSR throttle cable for your B16 as well.
That is a majority of the changes you would need to do...it sounds like a lot of work, but it really isnt. It is a very easy swap to do.
