Where could I get a hub for a 1968 Impala?
Hello everyone and thanks in advance for helping. Yesterday i bought a 1968 Impala 2 door and the front drivers side wheel was all messed up. I was able to drive it home about a mile away. I knew it needed wheel bearings and suspected that it may need the entire hub. I took the wheel off today and I see that the previous owner must have drove the car with the wheel bearings shot for a long time because the hub is bad and even the spindle has some grinding damage. My question is where do you guys who have older cars find parts like the hub or spindle since they dont have them at autozone, advance, reily or napa? And if you have any other recommendations for sites that would be helpful also. Thanks
Use ur computer....search and pay..all of those old parts are hoarded up in some warehouse waitng for someone to pay ....
