High sugar intake in the morning leaves me with a hurting chest. Why?
In the morning when i get to work i am either drinking coffee or tea. Both of which is loaded with sugar. a lot of the time its not really painful, but the other days it almost knocks me off my feet. It feels as if a car is driving over my chest. Now i don't know if it is connected but i sleep between 10-16 hours at a time on my days off. Its really hard to get up. i am always tired no matter how many hours i can sleep.
Please if you have some smart A** comment then don't waste your or my time and GTFO. for every one else, Thank you very much
