light won't turn off on the sharper image jumbo universal remote?
the red LED light on my sharper image jumbo universal remote won't turn off. I tried to program it for the first time, tried a few 3-digit codes, and now the light won't go off at all... did it break ALREADY?! I just got it an hour ago! Ugh!
No you either have a jammed button up front on your keypad OR you didn't read the programming your remote chapter correctly and you need to re-walk thru the procedure....
Take out the battery, if it's PROCEDURE, then the lamp will not light when you re-install the batteries. A stuck button will relight it.
