That's the link. You see that big round thing behind the brake fluid cap? The red arrow thats pointing to the brake fluid cap is right on it. And see the hose that's attached to it? Is that a vacuum line hose? It goes right into the side of the outer engine.
Could I tap into this and put a "T" in there to run a Vacuum gauge??
The black thing as you refer to it is the brake vacuum booster. It is used to provide additional assistance to the driver when applying the brakes. Internally there is a large diaphragm and spring, the manifold vacuum pulls on the diaphragm and this provides the assist that you feel when applying the brakes. It is not recommended that you tamper with this vacuum supply as it could adversely effect the quality of your braking. Hope this Helps
