Spec for the track? I'd say you're knocking at 11 seconds in the quarter with traction/tires. A bit harsh for anything remotely called "streetability" though!
I don't particularly like that much overbore, but if your builder was confident in the block and did his homework, you should get some solid reliability out of it.
Regarding the trans, I'm also concerned if the only thing was a shift kit. It'll go a ways to keep things from burning up, but you may be seeing trans problems if you're overly harsh on a stock trans with just a shift kit. Estimating what you're making on motor (and nitrous), I'd also worry about the stock driveshaft, if you retained that.
