6 cylinder car may be running on 4 cylinders can it be possible?
I bought a jetta vr6 that had engine damage.. since it looked really nice and i needed a car i bought it knowing it had engine problems but i didnt take it to a mechanic till later.. i know its a REALLY dumb mistake but anyway later on i find out that the car was damaged cause of NOS nitrous oxide and blew 2 pistons, hood, windshield and head lights even though it doesnt have any body damage now. on top of that i find out that the dead pistons were melted to the block and they do not move.. can this be true? my car gives me 10 miles per gallon and runs like crap, its very nice and it has low miles and its pretty new so i wouldnt want to junk it.
I'd recommend pricing a replacement motor. Short of junking the car, that's your only option.
