Some one i fell like im...?
like recently these days(months) i always feel like im dreaming and nothing is real or this is fake or just its all a dream and its a feeling sometimes it hits me more and like im walking or talkin or what ever im doing in that very moment i feel like im leavin my body and something else takes over and kinda like im dyin and not coming back...i think it might have been the drugs i have used before like inhaling nos(nitrous oxide)to get hi or smoking like 3 years ago what is causing this....and i think i might have been other people in the life before this one like hitler or a soldier ......no i dont need a therapist or a mental docotor or anything like that......
yeah thats what i think im feeling loss of sense or something like that.........no im not on drugs no more
Are you under more pressure, stress lately than usual? are ur sleeping and eating habits the same as usual?

But if your being serious about the nitrous oxide it is known to cause hyperesthesia (a condition that involves an abnormal increase in sensitivity to stimuli of the senses.) and hyperalgesia (an extreme sensitivity to pain, which in one form is caused by damage to nociceptors in the body's soft tissues)
This may be contributing to your problems. I really think you would benefit from seeing a doctor. Doesnt have to be a "mental" doctor or a therpist, just a basic doctor, a GP, because they can do standard tests like your blood pressure etc. that may help them understand whats goin on with your body right now.
