engine coolant coming from overflow tank?
The radiator pressure cap may not allowing the system to pressure up properly therefore allowing too much coolant to transfer back to the coolant recovery tank. My first step would be to replace the radiator pressure cap.
If the small center valve in the middle of the cap is stuck closed the coolant may not being transferred back to the radiator when the coolant looses temperature
