I'm 14, Does This Sound Like A Good Workout Plan?

**This plan is for April 6-12. I will change my plan each week.**
On Mondays and Wednesdays I see my personal trainer and we do weight/strength training. (When I run on the treadmill, it's at 4 mph.)
Tuesday- Run on treadmill for 5 min., do 50 jumping jacks. Take a break (a couple min.) then do 50 more. Run on treadmill for 5 more min.
Thursday- Run on the treadmill for 6 min., do 30 sit ups. Do 50 jumping jacks. Run on the treadmill for 4 more min.
Friday- Go on a long bike ride. Do 100 jumping jacks.
Saturday- Do 50 jumping jacks. Run on treadmill for 7 min. Do 50 more jumping jacks. Run on treadmill for 3 more min.
Sun.- Run on treadmill for 8 min. Do 30 sit ups. Run for 2 more minutes. Do 50 jumping jacks.
Goal: By the end of the week, I want to be able to run for 10 min. straight at 4 mph on the treadmill.
**This is paired with eating healthy**
I'm 5'2'' 150 lbs

Sounds pretty good, but make sure you're hydrated and eat some fruit before you go. I'm so jealous that you have access to a trainer and a gym almost daily!
