i have a 2001 f150 with the 5.4 l v8. single exhaust. i want to swap out for duals. i like them straight in the back or right behind the tires( they look good like that)
Books are written on that subject and still don't answer it to everyone's satisfaction. If you want something that adds a little performance, looks good and sounds nice, go with the cat back duals and flowmaster mufflers. If you're looking for a BIG performance boost, you will need headers, a pair of lo-restriction cats, X-pipe & a pair of good lo-restriction mufflers such as the flowmasters and tail pipes to give you the Look you want.. Any Good muffler shop can fix you up with what you are looking for.
