Sitting at traffic light and pick up rear-ends me...?
When the p/u rear ended me, the impact forced my car to jump up and hit the bumper of the car ahead of me. I have insurance with US Agencies. Does anyone know how they will handle this? I think my car is still in drivable condition but the hood was messed up a little. And the tail lights probably are smashed up. I haven't seen the car's appearance since the wreck. What's the Insurance Co. gonna tell me?
Hopefully the pickup behind you has liability insurance which will repair your car. If not your uninsured/under insured coverage will apply subject to deductible.
