I used to play football all in middle school and highschool, i was in great shape. i broke both of my legs at the knee's in a car accident and had extensive surgery to fix them, i can no longer run or i risk breaking the pins and rods.I plan on signing up at the gym as soon as i can pull the spare money together. I'm a vegitarian and do not take in much food daily, so dieting is not my main problem. Please, honest answers and no bullsh*t comments. Thanks fellas. I just want my old body back.
Get a trampoline!!! I have one and it doesn't hurt my knees at all! I love it and its great cardio exercise. If you don't have a trampoline then go for a swim at the local pool.
If you really want to lose weight then cardio is the best way, its very hard to suggest exercises because most are hard on knees. You could always go for brisk walks!
