Let me ask you a question about the adjustable cam gears since you're asking this question to begin with. You're looking to advance timing in a naturally aspirated car? That's a really bad idea with vtec engines. It's worse when it sounds like you might not know what you're doing.
The other stuff is fine for an si but without swapping in a new downpipe with a high flow cat it's basically a waste of money. Not to mention the fact that increases from "air flow" are limited on a car with low displacement. And lastly...you have 1 header 1 intake manifold...it's a I4 cylinder engine.
Altogether with these modifications I'd say you net 5-10horsepower with the cat back actually reducing horsepower and torque maybe 5 horsepower.
