Please help with my dinner do you think it was bad?
Its supposed to be a healthy, low calorie recipe. Here it is and see what you think...
1/2 c. spray butter (used to sautee the mushrooms)
1 cup of raw, sliced mushrooms
1/2 crushed tomatoes w/ garlic, oregano, and basil
1 tilapia fish fillet ( 4 oz)
Ok well I made it and it sounds like a pretty healthy recipe to me but when it was done it looked like "bar" food and it was really heavy...it seemed to leave like that grease on the plate that you would get from tacos and I thought maybe it was the butter...What do you think was it a bad choice?
Well I didnt intentionally put in a 1/2 cup of spray butter i went to pour a little bit into the skillet and more poured out than I wanted but I thought it was a good substitute for real butter since it has 0 calories.
this meal is pretty healthy ,but finish with a handfull of wallnuts to disolve any fat from your arteries.
