I brought my 2003 caravan to a mechanic because my front end felt like it was going to fall out, He tells me it's the STRUTS, SPRINGS,and UPPER MOUNT PLATES I tell go ahead and do the job . He charged me 1233.00 and had it back to him 3 times because the problem was still there and now he tells me "well if the work we did was not the problem then it must be axles" and some other things he mentioned I was so pissed at this point I wasn't even listening.. But did say it would cost me another $900.00 to fix the problem. I am not going back to him I am out 1233.00 and my car doesn't run right. Can I sue him for my money back and take it somewhere else to get the job done right.
probably. but you probably wouldn't get it all back since he did work on the car, they have to recieve labor. I would just cut it off as a loss and find someone else who isn't gonna screw u over. Pep Boys is real good about not doing that. they get so much buisness they don't have to scam people.
