Besides a Supercharger what else can I do to increase HP?
The vehicle in question is a 95 BMW M3.
It is already equipped with the Turner Motorsports Chip, Turner Motorsports Pulley Kit, K&N Cold Air Intake System, Autothority Muffler,
I was thinking about cutting out the Catyltic Converters, Nitrous 168k Miles : ( though, Shrick Cams??
Please help me squeeze a few more HP out of this vehicle without turbo or supercharging it
From here, since you've pretty much exhausted all the bolt ons except a header, throttle body (I don't know if the E36 M3 is restricted there) and you don't want forced induction (except nitrous), your next step would be to disassemble the engine and get some cams and some head work done. Get a mild port job and some bigger cams, get all the ports matched to one another for smooth flow into and out of the chamber, then get it retuned. Possibly mill the head down to slightly raise compression, which would also increase power. You aren't going to get massive gains, and I wouldn't run nitrous on an engine with that many miles, but you could shift the powerband some. Ultimately, turbocharging would be the next logical step, but that would require an engine rebuild anyways, as I wouldn't put a turbocharger or supercharger on an engine with that many miles either.
