I purchased a motorcycle that has gas tank decals that look like state patrol decals, but do not have the word Police on them. They Read KZ1000P Patrol. The KZ1000p is the bike model, THey look so good on my bike that I dont want to remove them. Can I get into any trouble if I ride the bike with the stickers on the tanks? Please help me Police officers? I need to find the Revised Code Of Washington on this issue, Thankyou
No; you can't be pulled over for that. You may get pulled over and warned that the decals look like state trooper decals and suggest you remove them however as long as you don't try to pull anyone over or anything like that you'll be fine. The only way you could be pulled over them are that their deemed to be in the way of your vision but if their on your gas tanks you'll be fine, no worries just be careful on a motorcycle.
