i have a 1999 mustang 5 speed i let my brother take it to the track and brought the slip home with him my car hit high 14's with just under a second reaction time and was trying to get atleast one second shaved off without using supercharger/turbo/nos anyone have any ideas i was thinking about 4.10 gears, feul system upgrade dyno proven to add 10hp/12lb torque and high flow intake package dyno proven to add 36hp/41lb torque what do you think anyother choices as far as what to do

That's a lot of time to shave off. You need to read and educate yourself. You can change the ratio on your valve lifters to similate a hotter cam. Reprogram you computer. Your rear end ratio will help a lot. Shift kit for quick gear change. Underdrive pulleys. Larger mass air module. Headers. etc. etc. etc....
