NSRT4 advice?
Is it better to just build my own custom .50 trim online and purchase it then have it installed then on my 05 neon SRT4 and buy fuel injectors and BOV or better to stick with the Mopar catalog I.E. the stage 3 turbo the Mopar blow off valve the Mopar turbo back exhaust ect? Which is best in terms of power, practcality, price, longevity ect, ect?
If you check out the Srtforums.com, you will see this is a much debated topic. Honestly, the stage 3 will run better at the track than a .50 trim with the same power level. If your going to go .50 stay away from ebay and check out the forums. If you shop right you could build your own .50trim kit with returnline, injectors, fuel pump, and turbo kit for under 1500$. That is all used but turbos can be rebuilt for about 300$.
The stage 3 is very reliable and makes good usable power. Most people prefer to drive it everyday as to a .50 trim. As far as longevity is just depends on how much you want to push each turbo. The stage 3 is also going to run you 2500-3300$ for one and there very hard to find used. Also save your money on the mopar turbo back and get a 3" turbo back. You will see much better performance on this car with 3" exhaust rather than 2 1/2.
Like i said sign up on the forums. There is a lot of usefull info there, that will save you lots of time and hassel.
