Thanks dr, but my friend is a 20 year mechanic, The battery is already disconnected so the airbag won't, so..?
I appreciate your cautionary advice, but my question was a little more specific. On the 01 BMW 330Ci, When accessing from the side, a clip/tip is there, and it does seem to effect the airbag/horn cover in the center of the wheel, but it doesn't come out. Do both need to be hit at the same time, or can they be released one at a time?
I can't answer the for that specific vehicle. You're best bet is to obtain the service repair manual (the same book the dealerships use). Other than that, I have found this website for you that may be able to answer your question.
